Refund policy

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we will sort it out as quickly as possible or issue a refund where applicable.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with the order number and photos of the packaging and print/book at shop@malikafavre.com . 

We cannot accomodate exchanges at this time as the prints and books are at risk to of being damaged on the way back to us. 

Frequently asked questions

We ship once a week via UPS/DHL couriers depending on the destination country. All items are shipped from sunny Barcelona with a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.

Note that prices do not include VAT for orders outside EU and as such, your order may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
